Hotel rooms for your event
Option 1 :
Make it easy for attendees to find a hotel room. Add the following booking link to your conference website for use by all participants: Link. Attendees book their room themselves and pay all fees at the hotel during their stay.
Option 2 :
Bern Incoming searches for the required number of hotel rooms for your event at no charge. These rooms will be set aside for your attendees to book within an agreed time frame. You choose if you want to manage the bookings yourself or use our EventBooker conference booking system.
