Option 1 :  
Bern Incoming offers a free service finding the hotel rooms you need for your event.
Make it easier for participants to find hotel rooms by placing a hotel booking link on your conference website.
Participants book their rooms themselves and then pay for them on arrival.
If desired, Bern Incoming can also manage room allocations and contact you on the relevant deadline with information regarding the status of bookings received online or with the new room allocation. This means that you will not incur any financial cost for rooms which have not been booked.


Option 2
Bern Incoming offers a free service finding the hotel rooms you need for your event.
You manage your own room allocation and send us the list of participants.
Bern Incoming will contact you a day before the deadline with information regarding cancellation conditions, enabling you to decide how large a room allocation you will keep and which rooms you wish to cancel.
