Costs

Option A / Hotel reservation: Set up hotel room block, create EventBooker booking platform, automatic confirmation of hotel room reservations to attendees via email, generate room lists, reserve convention facilities and infrastructure, reserve transfers & social program.

Option B / Hotel reservation & convention registration: In addition to Option A, also includes registration by category (member, non-member, etc.), creation of convention attendee list, organization of transfer details and/or social program.

Option C / Hotel reservation, convention registration, fee collection: In addition to Option A & B, also includes collection of attendee fees for convention, social program, gala dinner, etc. with detailed final statement.

Costs
Option A: No charge
Option B: CHF 35 per registered person
Option C: CHF 50 per registered person
Prices excluding VAT. Prices subject to change.

Bern Incoming staff support at a convention information desk
Bank and credit card fees (for option C)
Printing of name tags, lanyards, etc
